Walking Dead Ultra 24h

Walking Dead Ultra 24h (WDU24h) is a unique 24-hour race, the race starts when most go to bed, at midnight, a mental challenge from the start.

You have 24 hours to run or walk as far as you can on an about 3km long track, the man and woman who run the furthest are rewarded not only with the honor but also with a wonderfully soft winner's teddy! During the race we will also have a 6 hour race from midnight to 6:00 AM and a 12 hour race from 12:00 PM to midnight.

At the lap station you can leave a so-called drop bag where you can have food, clothes, etc. that you want to have access to during the race. You can store your pack either indoors or outdoors, indoors you have to take off your shoes to access it so it can be an advantage to have it outdoors if the weather permits.

There are toilets, showers and a sauna at the station to use both during and after the race. Since we finish at midnight, we recommend that you stay a while and sleep indoors before getting in the car if you are driving yourself.

In addition to your own pack, you will have access to water (both cold and boiling), tea, coffee and bouillon. We may also offer some other goodies, but bring your own energy that you need during the race.
